HOMEOWNERS MEETING

The next Crystal Gardens Homeowners Association meeting is scheduled for June 28, 2012 at 7PM. The location is at the Avondale Civic Center - 11465 W Civic Center Drive.

As a member of the Crystal Gardens HOA your voice can be heard. By attending the monthly Board Meetings you can find out what is going on in our community and take an active roll in the direction of Crystal Gardens. Meetings are held at the Avondale Civic Center on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. You can be a part of the open discussion at the beginning of each meeting when it is opened up to the homeowners and constructive input is encouraged and always welcome. After learning about the many projects your Board works on you may consider becoming a community advocate and volunteer some of your time in helping out the Crystal Gardens HOA. Volunteering your time will help keep our community the best it can be!

REWARD OFFERED
Recent vandalism to the tot-lot on 110th Ave. has cost the Association over $3,000 in repair/replacement of equipment. A $500 reward is being offered to anyone that can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals in Crystal Gardens, including those responsible for graffiti.

YARD SALES

The next community yard sale will be July 14 & 15, 2012.

Community yard sales are scheduled 4 times per year. Yard sale weekends in 2012 will occur on January 14&15, April 14 &15, July 14 & 15 and October 13 &14. All yard sales outside of approved dates will be subject to a fine of $250-$500 per incidence per the HOA rules.

BULK TRASH PICKUP

Crystal Gardens is in Zone 3. Bulk trash must be out by 5 am on the 3rd Monday of the month. For more information contact Solid Waste Services.

Approved Exterior Paint Colors

Approved exterior paint color palettes are now available at both Dunn Edwards - 1468 N. Litchfield Rd. and Frazee Paint - 1579 N. Dysart Rd. Approved exterior paint options in Crystal Gardens have been developed based on the homebuilder and roof tile color. Up to 3 colors are available for the base, pop-outs and trim. Besure to check out your color palette options and remember to submit an Architectural Application before you begin your project. Color palettes are also available at the Colby Management Office. All exterior painting must receive prior approval from the Architectural Committee.
